Past Trainee Feedback

Past trainee feedback

If you’re thinking about applying for our School Direct teacher training programme, it might be worth reading some past trainee feedback. We are very proud of our success and the feedback we have received in recent years.

See some of our recent School Direct testimonials below.

“A safe environment that is open, confidential and non-judgmental. Able to share worries, concerns and things that have gone well in a comfortable atmosphere.”

“Although lectures, seminars and books inform the pedagogy of good and outstanding teaching, I found that I learn the most from being immersed in the role of a teacher from the very beginning. The route allows you to learn within the school setting, with the support, guidance and expertise of experienced teachers and alliance leaders. The practical experience enables you to develop your practice and build confidence in the classroom.”

“It’s the best way to prepare you for life as a qualified teacher.”

“The support offered during the course is fantastic.”

“Many opportunities to discuss ideas and share and learn from other’s practice and experiences.”

“The best preparation for the teaching world, hands down!”

“A comprehensive, personalised and rigorously planned course that fully prepares you for the teaching world.”

“The BTSA team support you throughout…and really want you to succeed.”

“Great opportunities to network and share experiences with people in the same boat.”

“The guest speakers are experienced professionals and experts in their specialist areas.”
