Our programmes for leaders are progressive and personalised. We believe “leadership is a choice, not a position” and with this in mind we provide CPD for leaders at all levels and with a range of prior experience.

Our popular middle leadership programme allows for self reflection, knowledge building, and networking opportunities. Themes include leadership styles, leadership tools, team building and holding colleagues to account.
Our First Class Leaders programme gives headteachers and their Senior Leadership Teams time to reflect on current issues, seek new answers and plot future thinking, whilst working with SLTs from two other schools.

Cost: £900 per school (includes all members of your Senior Leadership Team)
Learning to Lead: A programme for Middle Leaders
Date: This programme is 4 sessions
Time: 8:30am – 3:00pm
Cost: £500 for the whole programme
